Kenneth J. Gorelick, MD, Chairman A Venture Partner at NGN Capital, Dr. Gorelick has over 20 years of experience in the development of drugs and biologics in the human health care sector. He is currently President and Chief Operating Officer of Enzybiotics, LLC, a privately held biotechnology company, and a consultant to the pharmaceutical industry with expertise in numerous approvals of BLAs, NDAs and MAAs. Earlier in his career, Dr. Gorelick held the position of Vice President of Global Clinical Research and Development at Dupont Merck Research Laboratories, a research-driven pharmaceutical company. He was also Vice President of Drug Development at Genelabs, a biotechnology company focused on infectious and autoimmune disease. Dr. Gorelick was Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine at Stanford University until 2000. He holds a BS from the State University of New York at Buffalo and an MD from Weill Medical College of Cornell University. He is board-certified in internal medicine and pulmonary diseases, and a fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians.
