Artisan has assembled a core group of senior managers focused on the clinical development of drugs in the field of critical care and hospital-based therapeutics. We intend to announce additional senior and supportive hires in the near future.

 

Michael F. Jarvis
Vice President, Project Management

Mr. Jarvis' career in the drug development industry encompasses financial management, clinical operations, project management, business development and contract management.

From 1999-2006, Mr. Jarvis was Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer for the SMO/CRO Cardiovascular Clinical Studies, LLC (CCS). During his tenure he was directly responsible for the growth and profitability of CCS, building the team to over 20 individuals and managing the conduct of over 40 clinical studies.

From 1991-1999, Mr. Jarvis held several positions at Genetics Institute, including Associate Business Director of Clinical Development, in which he was responsible for the business affairs of a $55 million international department.

Mr. Jarvis earned his MBA from Babson College.
